Key Insights
- Federally, NCLC 7 opens fast-track Express Entry with CRS cut-offs as low as 410.
- Quebec PSTQ requires strong French oral abilities (level 7), with high Arrima scores (~768) and draws began mid‑July.
- Ontario’s stream is fully EE-linked — strong French plus moderate English allows provincial nomination via NOI, then +600 CRS.
- Manitoba’s initiative favors Francophone candidates with French ≥ English; score thresholds in recent draws around 606–613, with specific allocation to community stream.
- NB’s Francophone-only Strategic Initiative is inactive in 2025; Express Entry option remains via general NB PNP requiring CLB 7 in one language.
